Key Requirements

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
• Previous restaurant leadership experience is considered an asset
• Valid Serving It Right certification
• Handle guest concerns and compliments with professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, upbeat, and passionate about guest experience
• Enthusiastic about food, drink, and hospitality
• Reliable, professional, and accountable
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Driven to grow and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities

• Actively lead shifts in support of the senior leadership team, helping to manage labour and budgetary goals
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction through genuine engagement and memorable guest connections
• Foster a positive team environment by supporting team members and driving morale through contests and recognition
• Handle guest concerns and compliments with professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied
• Inspire, develop, and motivate team members to consistently perform at their best
