You will play a key leadership role on a significant new project in downtown Halifax, supporting and guiding our field teams through day‑to‑day operations. • Lead and support daily activities of sheet metal field crews
• Coordinate tasks, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Collaborate closely with project managers, trades, and site partners
• Mentor and support team members to help them grow and succeed
