Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships. Establish trust and deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients.
• B2B relationship building. Use cutting-edge tools and strategies to grow your professional network and personal brand.
• Prospecting and market mapping. Leverage advanced technology and insights to identify and secure partnership opportunities.
• Consultation. Become a trusted staffing consultant by providing expert advice and strategic solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in recruitment, Industrial, Construction, Energy & resource sector, or a related industry in servicesales.
• A track record of drive, professionalism, accountability, and creativity.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-focused workethic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in fields such as political science, human resources, criminology, business, or commerce.
• Experience in competitive team sports is an asset, showcasing your ability to excel in high-performance teamwork environments.
