We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an HVAC/R Sales Representative, responsible for promoting our products to dealers, contractors, and residential clients. What you will accomplish with us: Client Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to expand our customer base. Ensure our dealer network is well-informed about all available programs and how to maximize their benefits. Marketing & Product Promotion: Develop close relationships with residential HVAC contractors to promote our extensive product offering. Attend trade shows and seminars to showcase our products and stay updated on industry developments. Maintain effective regional relationships with suppliers and assess competitive positioning of our products. Acquire technical knowledge through academic or manufacturer training to effectively promote our products. Set up and facilitate training seminars for our contractor base. Territory Management: Prepare annual sales budgets and proposals for client accounts within the assigned territory. Document account activities, generate reports, and maintain records of business transactions with customers and suppliers. Keep track of sales forecasting reports. What You Bring to Our Team: Hunting Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5-7 years of experience in HVAC/R sales. In-depth knowledge of technical applications for HVAC/R products, including knowledge of competitors' products. Professional phone manner and outstanding customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office programs. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Strong sales abilities, persuasiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
