The technical advisor will have as main responsibility to assure a technical service after sales to the customers. What You Will Accomplish With Us

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics over the phone and on site;
• Manage repairs with suppliers;
• Assist with the start-up of equipment sold in collaboration with the contractor;
• Document claims;
• Write commissioning assistance and site visit reports.

What You Bring To Our Team

• DEP in refrigeration or DEC in building mechanics or any combination of relevant training and experience as a refrigeration technician;
• TAG 1 gas card required;
• Good knowledge of refrigeration and hydronic systems;
• Good knowledge of control systems;
• Knowledge of welding and electricity;
• Good communicator;
• Initiative and resourcefulness;
• Diplomacy and courtesy;
• Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
