Project Administrator - Junior

Skill Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing administrative support in an office environment
• Experience supporting senior staff, managers, or teams with administrative coordination
• Experience maintaining records, documentation, filing systems, and tracking tools
• Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, logistics, and general office activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities within administrative processes
• Strong communication skills, including professional oral and written communication
• Proficiency with office software, document management tools, and standard administrative systems.
