Role Description

This is a full-time remote Bilingual Account Manager role focused on servicing clients in Quebec and Eastern Canada. The Account Manager will establish and maintain strong client relationships, manage client accounts, and drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, identifying market opportunities, responding to client inquiries, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English, with strong communication and presentation skills in both languages
  • Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in the cleaning products, janitorial, or related industries
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel within Quebec and Eastern Canada for client visits and fieldwork
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field is an asset
  • Knowledge of the cleaning products or janitorial industry is a plus
