We are looking for a motivated Bridal Consultant with strong sales skills to join our team. This is not just a styling role — it’s about guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their lives while driving sales growth for our boutique. What You’ll Do
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience to every bride
- Use your sales expertise to achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
- Guide brides and families through the full purchase process, from first fitting to final order
- Manage appointment follow-ups and client communications to maximize closing rates
- Upsell and cross-sell accessories and complementary products
- Provide feedback on inventory and trends to help shape buying decisions
- Maintain showroom presentation — steaming gowns, managing stock, ensuring a luxury-level environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales ability — retail fashion, luxury, or bridal experience preferred
- Strong closer with a client-first mindset
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Driven, competitive, and results-oriented while being a supportive team player
- Must be available weekends
