LoMa turns one day of filming inside a B2B startup into a full month of genuine LinkedIn videos for them.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who specializes in fast-paced, documentary-style founder content with stylized text overlays.

What You’ll Be Editing

• Founder interviews, behind-the-scenes moments, product context
• Short-form <2mins videos (vertical)
• Fast-cut, rhythm-driven sequences
• Clean animated text overlays (caption-style but stylized)
• Light motion graphics that elevate the story
• Shots with punch-ins, jump cuts, speed ramps (when appropriate)
• Premium color and sound design

Tools We Work With

• DaVinci Resolve (preferred for editing & finishing)
• After Effects or Resolve Fusion for motion graphics
• Capable of building simple kinetic type treatments
• Understanding of LUTs, color grading & clean aesthetic

What You’ll Do

• Edit 20 - 30 founder videos per monthly cycle
• Build a consistent visual identity across all content
• Tighten raw founder conversations into engaging narratives
• Add tasteful motion, transitions & captions that “feel designed”
• Deliver clean, premium exports ready for LinkedIn

What You Bring

• Experience with short-form editing
• Ability to balance fast pacing with clarity
• Understanding of what performs on LinkedIn/Instagram (not TikTok fluff)
• A clean, premium aesthetic
• Ability to work quickly and iterate
• Curiosity about founders, tech, and B2B stories
