Role Overview
As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the central hub of our Edmonton operations. You will bridge the gap between initial sales inquiries and final project delivery. This role is a unique hybrid of technical sales support, project logistics, and brand storytelling, working directly with the leadership team to ensure every project meets our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Support & Project Coordination
- Technical Estimation: Prepare comprehensive project quotes and submittal packages for electrical contractors.
- Design Liaison: Coordinate with technical teams to secure project reports.
2. Logistics & Quality Assurance
- Inventory Staging: Ensure materials are project-ready for "Just-In-Time" delivery.
- Quality Control: Execute rigorous pre-delivery audits to ensure 100% accuracy in component counts and hardware.
3. Brand Growth & Digital Presence
- Content Creation: Manage company social media profiles, highlighting local project successes and our unique service model.
- Digital Maintenance: Keep our web platforms and product galleries up to date with the latest offerings.
- Outreach Support: Assist in B2B digital marketing efforts to engage local industry partners and project managers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Recent graduate with a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management.
- Communication: Exceptional professional English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
- Technical Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to quickly adapt to industry-specific software and ERP systems.
- Precision: A high level of attention to detail; you take pride in the accuracy of part numbers and logistics.
- Adaptability: Proactive startup mindset; comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Compliance: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a Clean Criminal Record Check.
