Linde Canada Inc. Branch Manager (full time) Regina, SK, Canada | req29132 The Branch Manager will coordinate and direct the activities within the branch to meet or exceed sales targets through effectively managing all branch operations while upholding safety as a priority. What you will enjoy doing*

  • You’ll manage the daily operations of the retail store, focusing on driving sales growth and keeping inventory on track
  • Safety and excellent customer service are top priorities you’ll demonstrate every day
  • Leading the Inside Sales team and Warehouse staff means recruiting, training, and supporting their development
  • You’ll keep an eye on the annual budget and create sales and operating strategies that push growth forward
  • You’ll organize order scheduling and delivery routes daily to ensure timely service
  • Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and upheld according to company policies is key to your success

What makes you great*

  • Having a degree or diploma in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or Welding is preferred
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • A minimum of 5 years’ sales experience selling to industrial segments like mining, forestry, or manufacturing is highly valued
  • Experience working in a retail environment is also considered an advantage
