Job Description

Posted on: July 18, 2026

A Canadian leader in architecture and design operating in a context of sustained growth and transformation. We believe in the power of design to create meaningful, sustainable environments where people and communities can thrive. We approach each project with curiosity, rigor, and collaboration to deliver innovative solutions. We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and valued. Our goal: to design spaces that have a positive and lasting impact. Job Description Are you passionate about large-scale interior design projects? From workplaces and public environments to experiential and identity-driven spaces, do you want to contribute to projects that transform how people interact with their surroundings? Do you want to leverage your expertise in managing complex interior design projects, leading mandates from early planning through delivery? Are you comfortable with design processes, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and project execution? Are you recognized for your organization, rigor, and ability to manage project constraints, as well as your capacity to mobilize teams and build strong client relationships? Do you stand out for your innovation mindset and your ability to tackle complex challenges? If so, you might be the person we are looking for. At Lemay, interior design is at the heart of creating meaningful environments. Our projects aim to deliver impactful human experiences, foster well-being, and respond to evolving user needs. We design spaces that integrate aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. In recent years, we have delivered inspiring projects that reflect this vision, including:

  • International headquarters of a manufacturing company
  • Boutique La Maison Lavande

  • Ensure compliance with Quebec codes and standards.
  • Oversee construction and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage risks, contracts, and project performance.
  • Support business development initiatives.

QualificationsWhat you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design completed.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, including significant experience in project management (multi-phase, multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management, scheduling, issue assessment, risk management, etc.).
  • Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients, developers, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).
  • Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.

  • Telemedicine platform.
  • Payment of membership fees to your professional association.
  • Four (4) weeks' vacation.
  • Office closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
  • Hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of two (2) days per week in the office.
  • Social activities throughout the year.
