Overview
Laserglow Technologies is seeking a Field Account Representative to support growth across Ontario, engaging directly with safety and operations leaders at the facility level. This hands-on role is focused on on-site solution selling, demo support, and relationship-building across warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers.
You’ll play a key role in bringing Laserglow’s safety technologies to life in the field — helping customers solve real safety challenges and experience our solutions firsthand.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and walkthroughs with customers across the region.
- Engage with warehouse managers, EH&S leads, and facility operators to identify safety gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales and account managers to move opportunities forward.
- Represent Laserglow at regional safety expos, customer installs, and training sessions.
- Capture field data and maintain accurate activity logs via CRM.
- Frequent travel throughout Southern Ontario for client visits, demos, and events (3–4 days/week).
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of B2B field sales or customer-facing technical experience.
- Experience in safety, industrial, or logistics-based product environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with high comfort in plant or warehouse settings.
- Technically inclined and able to operate, position, and demonstrate equipment on-site.
- Experience working with or selling:
- Forklift safety solutions, visual alerting systems, or facility signage.
- EH&S compliance tools or MHE accessories.
- Automation systems or warehouse support technologies.
- Based in Southern Ontario with access to the GTA and industrial corridors.
- Familiar with Canadian safety standards, warehouse protocols, and B2B buying cycles.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong follow-through on lead management.
