Material Handler

Location: Winnipeg, MB, CAN - 80 Haggart Avenue (MC76) Shifts Available: Night shift Full time and Part time- Sunday - Thursday, 5:00pm - 1:30am (need to be available 40 hours per week) Day shift Part time - 7:30am to 4pm (Monday - Wedesday - Friday) Pay: $20.70/hour. Additional shift premiums may apply. Job Summary: This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading and shipping products to customers and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures. Key Requirements

• Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to learn and use various technology such as an RF scanner.
• Proven ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.
• Reliable and punctual and willing to work various shifts.
• *Current forklift certification and/or ability to become certified within a 30-day period on low level machinery, reach truck, order picker, or other power industrial equipment preferred. *

Basic Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/ manufacturing environment is an asset.
