Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for an Experience Host based in Ottawa, ON. The Experience Host will set up and run mobile laser tag events, providing outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will thrive as a team player and notice the littlest detail and all participant abilities and adjust and engage appropriately. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment, guiding players through gameplay and safety briefings, and creating an engaging, fun environment. The role also involves assisting with event planning, coordinating logistics, and promoting a memorable experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, players, and team members.
• Experience in providing Training and ensuring safety protocols are followed during events.
• Knowledge of event planning and ability to execute

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle equipment setup and active participation in events.
• Availability on evenings and weekends, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
