You can work from home and be located anywhere in Ontario, Canada. Please note if you are located in Ottawa, Canada you will be expected to work from our headquarters in Ottawa 3 days per week. About The Team As a key member of our Total Rewards team, the Senior Global Compensation Analyst will lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across multiple regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Kinaxis’ global business objectives. What you will do
- Analyze and manage global compensation structures (base pay, incentives, bonuses) to ensure competitiveness and compliance across regions.
- Monitor market trends, salary surveys, and benchmarks to inform compensation strategies and cost-of-living adjustments.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and guidelines that align with legal and organizational standards.
- Partner with HR to evaluate and level jobs and support the design of job architecture and career progressions.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and compensation plan reviews using internal and external data.
- Maintain and apply the organizational framework to support consistent job design and leveling.
- Review and update compensation policies and procedures; monitor legislative changes impacting compensation.
- Guide leaders on compensation decisions using salary structures and program guidelines.
- Support the development of recognition and rewards programs that enhance our employee value proposition.
What we are looking for
- Post-secondary degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including 2+ years in a global, high-tech environment.
- Strong experience with global salary surveys, compensation structures, and incentive programs.
- Proficiency in job evaluation and leveling methodologies.
- Experience with compensation tools (e.g., PayFactors, SuccessFactors).
- Exposure to broader rewards and recognition programs is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
