MRB Engineer – Aerospace Structures

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Material Review Board (MRB) Engineer to support aircraft structure, system, and component discrepancies. The ideal candidate will assess and resolve non-conformance issues and collaborate across design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and disposition non-conforming parts, materials, and assemblies.
• Perform structural and system analysis to assess impacts of discrepancies.
• Develop effective repair solutions with design, stress, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FAA, TCCA, EASA).
• Prepare technical justifications for rework/repair.
• Support production and quality teams with MRB issues.
• Maintain MRB documentation and support continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of MRB engineering experience in the aerospace industry.
• Expertise in aircraft structures, composites, systems, and materials.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAA, TCCA, EASA).
• Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, SolidWorks) and analysis methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
