HR Digital Transformation Project Manager

• Map existing HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, mobility, etc.).
• Identify friction points and automation opportunities.
• Ensure data quality and governance.
• Implement predictive solutions to anticipate HR trends.
• Deploy AI agents in collaboration with internal technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure implementation of security, compliance, and data privacy (GDPR) rules.
• Monitor HR Tech trends (AI, automation, self-service solutions).
• Plan, track, and coordinate all related projects.
• Organize training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
• Prepare learning materials (guides, videos, FAQs).
• Establish and monitor success indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze the impact of deployed tools and measure user adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in day-to-day HR operations.
• Bilingual (English and French), as you will collaborate with employees and candidates across Canada.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time independently while remaining adaptable to unexpected situations.
• Demonstrates flexibility, collaboration, initiative, and a consistently positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
