Overview

Seeking a hybrid Business Analyst and QA professional to support digital supply chain initiatives. This role is responsible for driving requirements clarity, ensuring alignment between business needs and system solutions, and validating that deliverables perform reliably in live operations. The position acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis (Primary Focus)

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, including business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to analyze and document supply chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, etc.)
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization in partnership with business and delivery teams
• Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities across digital supply chain workflows
• Ensure traceability from business requirements through to system design, testing, and deployment

Quality Assurance & Validation

• Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and quality standards aligned to business requirements
• Develop test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on functional and process requirements
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business readiness
• Validate that delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and performance expectations
• Manage defect tracking, triaging, and resolution in collaboration with technical teams

Systems & Data

• Validate integrations across SAP and connected systems within the supply chain ecosystem
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems, reports, and dashboards
• Support data analysis, reconciliation, and issue resolution tied to system outputs and reporting

Deployment & Operational Readiness

• Support go-live planning, readiness assessments, and cutover activities
• Validate system performance and functionality in post-deployment environments
• Partner with operations teams to capture feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with ongoing business needs
