We are looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a 6 months contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.
What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of documentation and reports. Your work will directly contribute to the achievement of business goals and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, process, and maintain documents and information with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business goals.
- Update and maintain reports using predefined templates, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of relevant insurance principles and applicable legislation.
What You Need to Have:
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with care and accuracy.
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
