We are looking for a Senior Project Managers to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Senior Project Manager is a key member of business strategic planning, including leading, and organizing projects, schedules of work and task delegation, managing employee through influence, and assign work. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Delivery, other highlights include:

• Lead projects through full lifecycle, driving teams, managing deliverables, and identifying business development opportunities.
• Track, monitor, and analyze financial performance across project portfolios; provide reporting and lessons learned facilitation.
• Establish KPIs, service standards, benchmarks, best practices, and conduct root cause analysis to improve processes.
• Conduct corporate benefits reporting to ensure alignment with strategic outcomes.
• Contribute to portfolio governance improvements and own governance initiatives annually.
• Support change management activities, including coaching,, training, and facilitation to support successful organizational change.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping, develop metrics for performance optimization, and assess compliance with standards.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related discipline, along with a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
• Change Management Certification preferred (Prosci) is an asset.
• Training in Project Management principles and methodologies (PMI).
• Ability to organize, analyze and synthesize all forms of business and financial information.
• Facilitation skills.
