Job Duties

• Design and develop mechanical systems
• Drafting and manufacturing drawings
• Working with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating transfer of products to manufacturing
• Maintaining appropriate documentation
• Ensuring quality and reliability
• Aiding in the resolution of production problems
• Identifying and implementing cost reductions • Providing input for new products • As required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
• Experience in the switchgear, utility, or power industry preferred. • Proficiency of 2+ years with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro E.
• Working knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Mechanical hands-on experience is preferred.
