Humans of HR is currently partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Plant Manager to oversee plant operations and lead a high-performing production team.

This role will be responsible for managing daily plant activities, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring production targets, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including production, manufacturing, and operational processes
• Plan, organize, and direct plant activities to meet production goals and customer expectations
• Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Monitor operational metrics and performance targets to optimize plant performance
• Work closely with leadership to implement operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Address employee issues and support strong team leadership and engagement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in operations or manufacturing leadership
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager, General Manager, or senior operations leader
• Strong understanding of production management, budgeting, and resource planning
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and inventory processes
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
• Engineering or Operations Management degree preferred
