We’re looking for a Repair Coordinator with a strong foundation in customer service, project management, and home repair knowledge who is willing to work weekends.

Repair Coordinators are entrusted with ensuring seamless communication and coordination between tenants, landlords, service professionals, and internal teams. They combine operational expertise with proactive problem-solving to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage property-related requests and tasks from start to finish, including repair coordination and tenant inquiries
• Communicate clearly with landlords, tenants, vendors, and internal teams
• Track workflows, anticipate bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes or systems
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for transparency and accountability
• Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• Available to work on weekends: As a 24/7 service, we pride ourselves on being available at all times to support repair needs. This role will require you to work week shifts, which rotate throughout the year.
• Solve problems deeply: You uncover customer needs, craft smart solutions, and help others do the same.
• Adapt fast to software: You’re quick to learn new tools and confident navigating tech to improve service.
• Communicate proactively: You prefer calling or direct outreach to move things forward quickly.
• Know home repairs: You understand basics in plumbing, electrical, and general handiwork to guide customers effectively.

What Success Looks Like6 Months: You’ve mastered daily operations and are consistently managing requests efficiently with minimal supervision.

12 Months: You’re improving processes, mentoring teammates, and known as a reliable problem solver.

24 Months: You’re ready to lead a team or manage a broader operational scope, implementing scalable solutions and driving strategic initiatives.

Position Details

Calgary, Canada. This role is fully remote following in-person training. We offer a competitive full-time salary and benefits. Please note that this position requires weekend availability.About Us
