What You'll Do:
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims
- Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients
What you bring:
- A positive energy and can-do mindset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in other languages is a plus!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
