Our client, a leading general contractor with a strong track record in delivering high-rise mixed-use developments, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a flagship type projects in Calgary.

This is a unique opportunity to join a builder known for shaping urban skylines and delivering complex, design-forward developments that integrate residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

About the Role:

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll lead site operations, manage project teams and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of a major high-rise mixed-use project in Calgary
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Coordinate with consultants, trades, and municipal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with high-rise or mixed-use developments
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset
