Receptionist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. My client in North Vancouver is seeking as experienced Receptionist to join their team immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone coverage and act as the first point of contact for incoming calls.
• Manage mail coverage, including sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Oversee office maintenance, ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and common spaces, and starting dishwashers as needed.
• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate inventory.
• Coordinate office lunch orders and assist with catering arrangements.
• (Optional) Support basic event planning and marketing tasks if the candidate is the right fit.

Qualifications

• Previous Reception experience in a professional environment
• Great customer service experience
• Great communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills
