Your New Company
Our client is a leading organization within the energy and infrastructure sector, delivering complex capital and integrity projects across a large operational network. They are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to join their project team and provide critical coordination and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
Your New Role
As Project Support Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction teams, and other stakeholders to support the successful planning and execution of multiple projects. You will assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, documentation management, and project controls activities while ensuring project information is maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Project Managers with project planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Coordinating project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Assisting with cost tracking, forecasting, risk registers, and project reporting.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintaining project documentation, records, correspondence, and document control processes.
- Supporting RFQs, proposals, estimates, and other project deliverables.
- Coordinating with engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with Management of Change (MOC) documentation and communication.
- Monitoring project risks, issues, and deadlines to support successful project delivery.
- Promoting a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience supporting industrial, energy, engineering, construction, utility, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience coordinating meetings, reports, and project documentation.
- Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings.
- Previous experience supporting Project Managers or project teams.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
