Your new role

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of condominium properties.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for condominium boards, owners, residents, and service providers.
• Prepare and present budgets, financial reports, meeting packages, and operational updates.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, capital projects, and contractor performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
• Attend board meetings and provide guidance on operational, financial, and governance matters.
• Ensure compliance with condominium bylaws, policies, and applicable legislation.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in condominium or residential property management.
• Experience working directly with condominium boards and residents.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
