Property Administrator3 months to permanentImmediate startBurnaby (WFH 1 day)
Hays Recruitment is working with a Property Management company based in Burnaby. This is a 3 month contract, with the intention to become permanent. We are looking for someone to join their team immediately
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the property management team.
- Assist with tenant correspondence, service requests, and inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain property documentation, reports, and files.
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes as needed.
- Coordinate vendor communication, scheduling, and follow‑ups.
- Assist in maintaining tracking systems, spreadsheets, and property databases.
- Collaborate with fellow Property Administrators and building operations teams.
- Contribute to general workflow management in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
