Le rôle serait technique et engageant pour une personne qui aime être pratique avec de nombreuses infrastructures informatiques différentes, les derniers systèmes basés sur des serveurs, la mise en réseau et la sécurité ainsi que nos offres de cloud de centre de données.

Responsabilités

Vous serez impliqué dans la fourniture d'un support opérationnel pour les systèmes internes ainsi que pour les clients (accès à distance et sur site). Travaillez avec divers systèmes de pointe pour la gestion et la surveillance des actifs allant des terminaux, des serveurs aux composants réseau. Concevoir, installer, entretenir et configurer les composants d'une infrastructure réseau, d'une infrastructure sans fil, de commutateurs et de pare-feu. Vous auriez également le potentiel d'être impliqué dans des projets de sécurité, de conformité et de cloud qui deviennent un point central de l'informatique.

Compétence Requises

5+ ans dans une emploie technique similaire. Bilingue (communication orale et écrite en anglais et français). Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, réseaux Informatiques (DNS, DHCP, FTP), Active Directory (GPO, OU and Groups), commutateurs, routeurs et pares-feux. Les technologies de virtualisations (Hyper-V and VMware), cloud computing. Certifcations informatique un atout (Certification Microsoft, A+, Network+, etc.)

Qualités requises

Fournir un service à la clientèle excellent et développer des rapports interpersonnelles pour travailler efficacement avec l’équipe interne, clients et fournisseurs. Doit être un joueur d’équipe prêt à travailler sur une variété d’initiatives techniques. La capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément et ce dans un environnement au rythme accéléré, et gérer des projets spécifiques dans le délai exigé. Orienté sur le produit fini, d’excellentes compétences d’organisation et d’analyse. Capacité de très bien gérer son temps. Motivé et engagé envers l’apprentissage constant du milieu informatique.

Job Description

Our company located in the Ville Saint-Laurent area has been providing a wide range of IT consulting, services and support to clients for over 35 years. We are currently in expansion mode with our data center service offerings as well as our growing client base and need talented and knowledgeable individuals interested in joining our team. The role would be technical based and engaging for an individual that likes to be hands-on with many different IT infrastructures, latest server based systems, networking and security as well as our data center cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

You would be involved in providing operational support for internal systems as well as clients (remote access and onsite). Work with various best of breed systems for management and monitoring of assets ranging from endpoints, servers to network components. Design, install, maintain, and configure components of a network infrastructure, wireless infrastructure, switches and firewalls. You would also have the potential to be involved with security, compliance and cloud projects that are becoming a focal point of IT.

Required Skills

5+ years in a similar technical role. Bilingual (oral and written communication in English and French). Strong knowledge of Windows workstations and servers. Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Networking (DNS, DHCP, FTP), Active Directory (GPO.OU and Groups), Network switches, routers and firewalls. Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware), cloud computing. Microsoft Certification and other technical certifications are an asset (A+, Network+, etc.)

Required Qualities

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal staff, clients, third party vendors, etc. Must be a team player willing to work on a variety of technical initiatives. The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and to manage specific projects in a detail-oriented manner and on time.
