Job Overview:
GreenPump Energy is hiring a Business Development Manager to help build and lead a growing customer acquisition division within the company.
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can take ownership, develop new growth opportunities, and help create scalable systems for lead generation and business development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, leading, and growing initiatives from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development and lead generation initiatives (other than online marketing)
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities and partnerships
- Recruit, train, and manage team members as needed
- Build processes, systems, and performance standards
- Track results and help scale successful initiatives
- Work closely with leadership to support the company’s long-term growth

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience in business development, lead generation, sales, operations, or team management
- Ability to take initiative and build something from the ground up
- Organized, resourceful, and results-driven
