Job Details DescriptionAbout the Role: We are seeking for a detail-oriented and driven individual who is passionate about delivering wow for our fast-growing Estimating Department. Our ideal candidate supports us by leading our mission of Bring our Customers’ First choice in Packaging by Changing the Game in Service. Compensation The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$60,000/year depending on level of experience.

Core Responsibilities
- Proactively identifies customer needs to achieve service beyond our customers’ expectations
- Utilize technical skillset to analyze project requirements
- Plays an active role in delivering wow to our customers by problem-solving and responding creatively to new challenges
- Support Sales and Customer Solution team, identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action
- Willingness to train cross-divisionally within the Estimating department
- Presents new and innovative ideas for change by collaborating with all divisions and outside suppliers to achieve results including manufacturing, materials costing, quoting
Qualifications And Skills
- Estimating in any field or Print Industry Experience is an asset
- Drive to problem solve strategically and efficiently to accomplish daily and long terms goals
- Thrives in a team environment and holds strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong memory retention and critical thinking skills.
- Effective multi-tasking ability paired with excellent time management skills to meet demanding deadlines
- Attentiveness to details and passion for the organization with a strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm
Additional Skills Are An Asset
- Experience reading technical drawings
- Experience with ArtiosCad or any other CAD software
