Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Desk Representative based in Edmonton, AB. The Order Desk Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing incoming customer orders, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with the inventory and supply chain management teams, and ensuring accurate and timely procurement of materials. Additional responsibilities include updating inventory records, processing purchase orders, and resolving any order-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
- Procurement skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using order management systems and software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a post-secondary education in a related field is preferred
- Must have direct Hydraulic system and component knowledge
- High degree of mechanical aptitude
