The Role As the Growth Associate, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the UX Research Services arm of Conversion, by serving as the frontline in lead generation and relationship-building. This is the first Sales role at the company dedicated to UX Research solely, offering a unique challenge and opportunity to be highly impactful to the business. Reporting into the VP of Growth, and working closely with the Director of UX Research, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers, you'll be the driving force in lead generation and building relationships that set the stage for success. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a foundation for a successful career in sales while contributing to the long term goals and vision at Conversion. Responsibilities Creation of Sales Pipeline:

  • Generate and nurture leads to construct a robust and dynamic sales pipeline
  • Utilize your skills to identify and engage prospects, laying the foundation for successful partnerships

Progression of Sales Pipeline:

  • Work in tandem with an assigned expert to move deals through the pipeline efficiently
  • Act as the driving force, ensuring a smooth progression from initial contact to meaningful engagements

Administrative Tasks:

  • Oversee essential administrative functions, such as scheduling meetings with prospects
  • Manage email communications and follow-ups to maintain effective and timely communication

Discovery Conversations, Proposals, and Negotiation:

  • Dive into discovery conversations, actively listening to understand prospects needs and preferences

Requirements The ideal candidate has the following qualifications, but we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not meet 100% of the requirements below.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service with a track record of achieving targets
  • Experience with Research in a commercial setting is advantageous
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay range - The typical hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 annually which includes both base salary and performance-based bonus components. The exact mix between base and bonus will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
