Join our team as a Coordinator, People & Culture! In this role you’ll provide frontline support across People & Culture operations, serving as a central point of contact for employee inquiries, system administration, recruitment coordination, and data management. This is a fixed term role ending July 2026. What Will You Do
- Triage all tickets that enter the People Centre (HR shared services) workspace and resolve tickets within the P&C Coordinator domain
- Maintain foundational knowledge across all People & Culture functions to support team members and leaders
- Provide HRIS support including resetting passwords, job code creation, employment confirmation letters, and general document management
- Provide tier 1 support for employee benefits, including savings plan enrollments (RRSP, TFSA, 401(k)) and responding to open enrollment inquiries
- Support Delta Lab recruitment including preparing and posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews
- Support Delta Lab administrative activities, completing weekly reporting and processing reimbursements
- Assist with the communication, interpretation, and ongoing maintenance of policies and guidelines
- Maintain accurate and confidential employment records within UKG, ensuring records are managed efficiently and in compliance with privacy standards
- Participate in People & Culture meetings and other relevant team or project meetings as required
- Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to support initiatives, projects, and other activities as required
What Do You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Commerce
- 0-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of employment legislation (Employment Standards, WCB, OHS, Privacy Act, etc.)
- Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong administrative and organizational skills
- Exercise sound judgment and handle human resources matters with tact, discretion, and confidentiality while collaborating with team members, the public, and other strategic support units, including the collection and distribution of data
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
- Ability to foster positive and effective relationships with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
- Working towards CHRP designation is considered an asset
- Bilingualism English/ French is considered an asset
