As we continue to expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Customer Experience & Online Operations) to lead our marketing, online service, and customer engagement efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and oversee all online customer operations, order coordination, and digital communication.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow brand awareness across Nunavut and beyond.

• Supervise customer service workflows, ensuring excellent response time and satisfaction.

• Coordinate between warehouses, logistics, and delivery teams for smooth operations.

• Manage and optimize the company website, SEO, and online listings.

• Create and manage digital marketing content across social platforms.

• Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements to enhance service and reach.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience in marketing, online operations, or customer experience management (1–2 years).

• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and web management.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of shipping, logistics, or service-based operations.

• Basic graphic design sense and ability to collaborate on visuals.

• Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma required

• Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or related field is an asset
