RV Delivery Coordinator Location: Leduc, Alberta Employment Type: Full-Time Fraserway RV is Canada’s largest vertically integrated RV dealer network, and we are looking for an RV Delivery Coordinator to join our Leduc team. If you enjoy working with customers, have strong technical knowledge of RVs, and take pride in delivering an exceptional handover experience, this could be the role for you. As an RV Delivery Coordinator, you are the final and most important step in the customer journey — ensuring a smooth, professional, and memorable vehicle delivery experience. What You’ll Do Delivery Preparation & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate customer delivery appointments
- Confirm unit readiness with Service, Parts, Detail, and Sales teams
- Ensure all pre-delivery inspections and final preparations are complete
Customer Orientation & Handover
- Conduct comprehensive RV walk-throughs and demonstrations
- Explain the operation of major systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, slide-outs, etc.)
- Review safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Educate customers on maintenance requirements and warranty coverage
- Provide clear, confident, and customer-friendly instruction
Customer Experience & CSI
- Set clear expectations before and during delivery
- Proactively address customer questions or concerns
- Promote ongoing service relationships and future maintenance bookings
- Encourage positive online reviews and referrals
- Follow up post-delivery to confirm satisfaction
Internal Communication
- Coordinate delivery timing with Sales and Finance departments
- Escalate unresolved service issues prior to customer arrival
- Work closely with Parts to ensure accessories and add-ons are installed
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the RV industry
- Interest in RVs and working knowledge of RV systems and maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
Working Conditions
- Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Shift work required, including evenings and weekends
- Overtime may be required during peak season
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical work including bending, twisting, pushing, pulling
- Lifting up to 50 lbs (including RV parts, equipment, and snow removal)
- Manual dexterity required to operate power washers and hand tools
