Job Description As an FT Coordinator, you will perform essential accounting duties to support the finance function, including billing, project invoicing, and overall project support. Working under supervision, you’ll provide comprehensive financial support to operational managers, with periodic reviews from your manager to verify project setup, data entry, and decision-making accuracy. You’ll report directly to the Project Accounting Lead and should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role involving high-volume data entry. What would you be doing?
- Enter daily time records for employees and service providers as required by client contracts.
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing billable/non-billable payables and employee expenses.
- Communicate with consulting employees and project managers on revenue recognition and work-in-progress management.
- Prepare and finalize invoices, assist with client-required reports, and ensure billing tasks (labor, equipment, material) are completed.
- Register and review invoices, payroll entries, and field tickets; maintain accurate documentation and update cost trackers.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial administration.
- Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and effective problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in high-volume data entry, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator, capable of collaborating with diverse people and managing multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; a related certificate or diploma is preferred, and English fluency is required.
