FlashRoutes is an integrated logistics platform built for SMBs. We combine our own last-mile fleet and drivers with a national multi-carrier network and 3PL warehousing/fulfilment to make shipping lower-cost and lower-effort, bringing labels, pickup, tracking, and inventory into one simple dashboard. Headquartered in Vancouver with operations in Toronto, we serve merchants across Canada and support reliable U.S. cross-border.

What you will do

1. Focus on growing FlashRoutes' merchant base across Greater Vancouver through friendly, practical outreach.

2. Build a simple daily prospect list by neighborhood/industry (tools, templates, and a short training plan provided).

3. Visit nearby stores and send concise intro emails to explain our platform in plain language.

4. Help merchants register and, when needed, guide a first booking to remove friction.

5. Keep light notes and next steps in our CRM; follow up politely and consistently.

6. Share on-the-ground feedback so we can keep improving scripts and materials.

Note: This is a customer-facing sales role focused on new merchant acquisition, with structured onboarding and hands-on training (tools, scripts, optional coaching) to help you ramp smoothly; methods are up to you.

What you bring

1. Based in Greater Vancouver; comfortable with field outreach and store visits.

2. Clear communicator and relationship builder; proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented.

3. Strong English communication; Mandarin/Cantonese/Spanish/Korean is an asset.

4. Comfortable being on your feet while canvassing; confident navigating different neighbourhoods and malls.

5. Smartphone and laptop for outreach/CRM; eligible to provide services in Canada as an independent contractor.

6. Experience with SMB field sales, retail partnerships, or logistics/courier services is an asset.

7. Familiarity with Greater Vancouver business districts or community groups is an asset.

8. Comfort with Google Workspace/Sheets, simple CRMs (training provided), and mapping/routing apps is an asset.

9. Basic content capture (brief recap notes; quick storefront photos with permission) is an asset.

Compensation

1. Independent contractor arrangement with a fixed monthly contractor fee plus performance-based commission.

2. Uncapped, recurring commission on the merchant accounts you open and actively support while engaged.

3. Meaningful monthly upside from a focused portfolio of active merchants; commissions grow with client volume over time.

4. Full plan details (definitions, attribution, statements, and payment timing) are provided during the offer stage in the contractor agreement.
