Fixed Operations Manager Full-Time, Permanent Our Country Ford Wilkie location is looking to bring on an exceptional manager onto our team! As the Parts Manager you will be leading and inspiring a team responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department. We'll provide you with all the tools and training to be successful to manage purchasing, inventory, staffing, pricing, merchandising and marketing. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and maintaining the operations of the parts counter, receiving and filling part orders.
  • Ensuring a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer.
  • Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Ensure inventory is appropriate to meet customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.
  • Manage parts warranty and provide replacements or refunds as necessary.
  • Manage parts returns to suppliers, assuring record is received and recorded.
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules.
  • Develop an effective team through training and performance standards.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of recreation or automotive parts/supply chain/procurement/purchasing experience
  • Previous supervisory experience would be considered an asset
  • Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals
  • Skilled in various computer programs. Microsoft Office Suite and Parts Software Program is a plus
