The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Dispatcher I (24 Hour) on a permanent basis. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK. Shift 12hr shifts, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am. 4 on (2 days, 2 nights), and 5 off What You’ll Do You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include
- Operate and maintain Terminal Management System.
- Maintain operation of loading racks, products, and customers.
- Maintain rack and product information (products, temperatures, additive rates, recipes etc.)
- Generate, process and key truck and rail Bills of lading.
- Analyze and plan rail and truck loading.
- Forecast loading plan.
- Driver orientation and training.
- Performs data entry duties related as required.
- Maintain bill of lading printers.
- Confirm carrier freight from Bills of lading, including truck and rail dispatch as required.
- Inventory management at corporate bulk plants; tracing and expediting of shipments.
- Telephone duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Have a high school diploma, plus business course, which includes data entry training on comparable equipment or six months’ data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
- Are eligible to enroll in CITT Level I certification.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
