In this role, you'll help us improve how our teams create, manage, and deliver projects to reduce bottlenecks and increase productivity. What You’ll Do

• Ensure efficient workflows, resource management and project delivery
• Lead and provide support with video and design software and asset management systems
• Manage our in-house printshop and external vendor relationships
• Ensure deliverables consistently support business strategies and brand identity
• Supervise team members to set and achieve performance objectives

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication or fine arts, business administration, communications, marketing or advertising and at least five years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of video production and photography, production standards, policies and procedures
