We’re seeking a Customer Service Agent who is fully bilingual (English & French), warm, compassionate, and solution-oriented. You’ll be the first point of contact for our shoppers – helping them navigate our products, understand their options, and ultimately feel supported in their journey toward relief.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls, emails, and live chats in English and French
• Learn about dry eye, MGD, and our curated product range
• Provide personalized, solution-focused support
• Be a calming, helpful presence for people seeking real relief
• Work with a smart, tight-knit team that values growth and collaboration

What You Bring:

• Full fluency in English & French (written + spoken)
• Outgoing, kind, and love helping others
• Patient, clear communicator
• Quick to learn – especially in health-related or e-commerce topics
• Comfortable with support tools (Zendesk, Shopify, etc. a plus)
• Good organization
