About Enurgen

Enurgen is building DUET — a generational platform for utility-scale solar that turns raw fleet telemetry into recovered revenue. We close the gap between what conventional monitoring can see and what it can diagnose, and across a portfolio it adds up to a lot.

At our core is DUET (DUal-sided Energy Tracer): a 3D, physics-based energy yield model spun out of SUNLAB at the University of Ottawa and built on 10+ years of R&D. The DUET Platform runs per-timestep model-vs-field comparisons across the full 30-year asset lifetime, from design through construction to operations, automating detection, prioritization, and reporting at the component level. An AI agent on top enriches the analysis with context and patterns across portfolios.

About the job

Enurgen is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to own our go-to-market execution and build the pipeline engine that takes us to and beyond our revenue goals. This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership: you'll set the strategy, run the programs, assess what works, and be directly accountable for pipeline contribution.

You'll work closely with Enurgen’s Go-To-Market team, and have agency to define how Enurgen builds our pipeline: which channels we invest in, how we reach asset managers and portfolio operators, and how we turn early-stage awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue.

What you'll own:

As Director of Growth Marketing, you will work with Enurgen’s Go-To-Market team to drive revenue growth through the following activities:

  • Account-based marketing (ABM) outbound engine: design and operate our ABM engine, owning strategy, sequencing, messaging, and conversion.
  • Demand generation: run and optimize email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, and paid channels.
  • Content strategy and production: build and own the content calendar and output: thought leadership, case study write-ups, product updates, technical blog posts, and sales collateral written for a highly technical audience
  • Pipeline reporting: define the metrics that matter, build the dashboards, and assess what’s working
  • Events and conferences: own Enurgen's presence at industry events: selection, logistics, pre- and post-event outreach, and lead capture
  • HubSpot and marketing ops: manage the CRM as a marketing asset: workflows, lifecycle stages, contact hygiene, and campaign attribution
  • Collaboration: work closely with Go-To-Market team on strategic outreach approaches and collateral. Share prospect feedback and market insights to help refine messaging and positioning

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, tech, or energy preferred), with a track record of owning pipeline targets
  • Someone growth-oriented: passionate about testing innovative approaches, finding what works, and driving engagement
  • Demonstrated experience building and running ABM or outbound programs that produce measurable results
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or comparable CRM), LinkedIn, and modern AI tools like Claude to streamline marketing efforts
  • Strong understanding of Marketing best practices, including building workflows, campaigns, and tracking KPIs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and communicate highly technical concepts and products

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity working in engineering, AI, and software industries
  • Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Experience vibe-coding with AI tools to build lightweight marketing assets and automations
