EduGlobal Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Admissions Advisor / Sales Representative to support student recruitment and enrollment growth. This position is sales-focused and performance-driven, suited for professionals who are comfortable working with targets and motivated by commission-based earnings.
The successful candidate will engage with qualified leads provided by the company, conduct structured consultations, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound leads provided by the organization
- Conduct professional consultations by phone, virtual meeting, and in person
- Present education programs and funding options clearly and ethically
- Convert qualified prospects into enrolled students
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Meet defined weekly and monthly performance targets
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (education, recruitment, financial services, or related fields preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation structures
Experience with Canada student funding programs (OSAP, Student Aid BC and others) is considered an asset.
