-Troubleshoot and optimize the interaction between mobile hardware and our time-tracking platforms (Homebase) to ensure accurate GPS reporting
-Technical point of contact for our core platforms QuickBooks Online, Homebase
-Streamline integrations between scheduling, payroll, and accounting software to reduce administrative friction and data entry errors
-Develop and maintain a formal data backup and disaster recovery plan
-Provide high-level technical support for head office staff and site supervisors (including night-shift emergency support for critical system failures)
-Advise management on hardware and software investments required to support a 500+ employee threshold.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in IT consulting or Managed Service Provision (MSP), preferably for a decentralized service-based company with 200+ employees

-Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, Homebase integration
-Certifications: CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
Key Competencies:
Ability to look beyond "day-to-day" fixes to build a long-term infrastructure
Absolute discretion when handling systems containing sensitive corporate and personal data
