  • Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing staff; oversee hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Build a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering and Production Engineering on new products, revisions, and ECO execution.
  • Oversee production-side inventory (WIP, finished goods, cycle counts) and support procurement.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Shipping to meet delivery commitments.
  • Support contract manufacturers and third-party assembly partners
  • Drive corrective actions for quality issues and maintain full production traceability.
  • Act as the primary manufacturing interface for internal stakeholders.
  • Perform mechanical assembly and soldering as needed.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and rework.
  • Balance tasks across workers to maintain production flow.
  • Support electronic production and test record keeping.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support on QA issues and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
