Building Manager (Live Out) (Contract)- Maintenance Services

• Working knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office & Email).
• Yardi experience is an asset.
• Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (incl. evenings & weekends)
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
• Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Our Building Managers are responsible for providing an excellent resident experience through the general management and oversight of a property, including preventative and repair maintenance, responding to emergency situations and problem solving. They will also be involved with whatever else is needed to help out our team- where it be putting in work orders, cleaning, or supporting our leasing team with leasing related duties. Compensation This posting is to backfill an existing position within the team. The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $47,000 - $57,000. The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training. Base salary is only one component of Hazelview’s competitive total rewards package.
