Position Summary

We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Care Representative to join our Vancouver-based team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, brand interaction, and creating positive experiences. You will support our retail campaigns by representing client brands, assisting customers, and helping to deliver seamless, in-person experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive customer care during in-store or event-based campaigns
• Represent client brands with professionalism and accuracy in all interactions
• Assist with campaign setup, execution, and day-to-day customer engagement
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely, solution-oriented manner
• Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and maintain service standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or brand representation is an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain positive and solutions-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Interest in marketing, client engagement, and customer satisfaction
